Limited Lifetime Warranty

Disclaimer

The Warranty covers defects (peeling and cheeping repairs), malfunction related to performance or materials, the Warrantor will repair or replacement the material at no cost.
Warranty is limited to replacement in-kind of materials determined to be defective only.
The Warranty not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product or materials, damage caused by natural disaster or different humidity variations.
The Warrantor shall not be liable for consequential, liquidated, or related costs and damages resulting from failure the materials.
In the event of defect or failure related to the performance of warranted, you shall contact to the Warrant or by email info@otepoxyfloors.com or phono +1 (408) 829-8230, and send photos and other pertinent proofs to the Warrantor within fifteen (15) days following the discovery of the defect.
In acceptance of this warranty, the client agrees that in case of any legal action, and/or litigation against the Warrantor related to the legality and enforcement of this warranty shall be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction within Santa Clara County, State of California under the terms and conditions of California Law.
The limited Life Time Warranty is subject to an application of a new clear coat every (5) five to (10) ten years. Otherwise the warranty time given by the Warrantor would be only by 10 years
